My child was so excited that they started playing on it before I even finished putting it together! I was really surprised by how sturdy and reliable this product is - even adults can jump on it. This has been the best gift for my child. Just a heads up though - the weight limit mentioned in the product title is different from what’s written in the manual. The size is great for kids and adults. Instructions are good and easy to read. Make sure to follow the directions for the springs and trampoline it makes it easy to put together

I was able to build this by myself without issue. If you don't want to use a ladder you can install the netting / basketball goal on the pipes and then connect them. only thing I wish was better was how to connect the netting to the trampoline. My family loves it. I've paired it with 4 18in ground anchors and has stood up to 30 mph winds. I will consider adding a T-Post to help keep the basketball goal straight up.

All parts were included w/ a few spares %26 assembly tools; had good color choices; the safety features of the net %26 springs cover are beneficial; I got a product exactly like what I expected to surprise my Grand Children for Christmas! The instruction booklet could use a little tweaking for better clarity on proper assembly. Ordering was easy; shipment was fast despite being so close to Christmas; and the deliver man was very courteous %26 efficient!

My kids love this trampoline. It wasn’t the easiest to put up but after we got it up it seemed simple. However we had to sermon the legs to get them to lock will attach photos . We thought we did something wrong lol

The bars are sub par. We have 3 littles (they range from 40 to 50 pounds) that jump on it and 5 of the piles and bent and broke. So far no resolution with the manufacturer.

I purchased this trampoline for my nephew for a birthday gift. When the shipper delivered it, the box was damaged. You can’t return them to the store. You must package them up and take it to be shipped back. Keep in mind the box is destroyed. So Walmart customer service contacted the manufacturer and ask them to replace the trampoline. Then the manufacture contacted me and wants me to figure out every pole that’s bent so they can replace them. How am I supposed to know if they’re being or not?

Support poles made to light bent on a lite wind all 5 poles bent and one broke off. I think the construction is too lite and totally dissatisfied. Springs seem to be inadequate for jumping. We have had this only a couple of weeks.

it advertised that it can hold 1,400 lb, but as I'm reading the manual it states no more than 240 lb, which is very disappointing I only bought it because of the Max capacity weight

Lies, intro says 1400 lb. I'm sure this might be explained in some other way however most people would take this could handle 1400 lb. 240 lbs is the max. Cheap thin metal. I'll attach pictures.
