Compact, sleek, and useful if you don't have a lot of free space. Or just like the minimalist design. It's a very small dock for your Quest 3 controllers, which sit firmly in the charging cradles, comes with rechargeable batteries, and also includes an extra cable to charge your headset in tandem with the controllers directly next to it!
When you place the controllers on the charging dock (in the cradles), the charging dock will actually make a soft chime noise letting you know they're charging. There's also two LED lights beneath each cradle on the dock that let you know the status of the left and right controller, respectively, and will blink if you've set them wrong. It's an insanely nice touch. When you plug the headset in to this charger, it also chimes-- and I swear sometimes verbally confirms the headset is charging.
Two downsides to note: This charging dock does NOT come with a wall outlet prong/converter, so you need to either keep the one that came with your Quest 3 or buy one separately, if you for some reason didn't keep or have one. (This dock DOES come with two cables to connect the charger to a wall outlet prong/converter, however.)
This dock also has a fairly short length for the headset charging cable-- which is okay, since it's meant to be next to the dock itself while charging, but just keep that in mind so you don't snag it or accidentally yank the dock while adjusting your Quest headset.
The hardware is lightweight but feels durable. It's overall a very nice pickup and I'm glad I grabbed it.
