This is not some flimsy wooden bunk bed; it is a highly sturdy one, even for older kids. It weighs just around 100 pounds, so it will hold up. Allocate a few hours for assembly. We had one pole that was damaged during delivery, and they took care of it. Customer service was excellent.

Although we were initially apprehensive about the mattresses due to reviews claiming they shook and rattled, we have not encountered this issue thus far. The beds are quite robust. We purchased these for the grandkids' bunkroom in our vacation home, and they appear to be quite sturdy and attractive. Children range in age from 8 to 14.

The strength of the bed surprises me. It was put together quickly by my hubby. My children adore it. My son is a big boy. He might not have enough room to sit on the bottom bunk, I was concerned. He has more than enough head clearance, I'm happy to report. Without a doubt, I'd suggest this bed.

The bed is really decent for the price. I bought black, but it arrived in grey. Aside than that, everything was fantastic. I recommend having a secure device to fasten it to the wall. It doesn't feel like it's going to collapse or shatter, but it is somewhat shaky.

After reading reviews, I had a lot of doubts. With a little assistance from my spouse, I put everything together. I made sure to fasten everything tightly at the very end, and it was strong and ideal for my children. Excellent value for what I received!

Although it's lovely and strong, assembly is difficult. On two bars, there was a manufacturing flaw that prevented the holes from aligning no matter what we did. We disassembled it in case we had misread the instructions, but no, the holes weren't lined up and we were unable to insert a screw into one of them. Although we came up with a workaround, the dimensions used to make this were undoubtedly incorrect.
