this works great. on my KitchenAid I made homemade sausage and it was a breeze. very easy and the sausage turned out great. the casing fit perfect and slid off the tube in with these. I would recommend this to anybody who owns a KitchenAid and wants to make homemade Italian sausage

Grinded meat great. I was worried it would get over worked but it did not. Stuffing the sausage was a slow process but it worked as it should

Tools are very complete, and can be disassembled, very easy to clean, not only can ground meat, but also can fill sausage, they are really good helpers for us who love to cook!

KitchenAid Meat Grinder Attachment, PRO'S, works well for the price and most parts are made of stainless steel. CONS, just wish that the main body would have been made of stainless steel as well as opposed to the some type of cast aluminum I'm thinking because it is not dishwasher safe material and it will turn grayish and useless.

The blades and grinding wheels need sharpening. Otherwise, the meat grinding will be impossible. My recommendation is to sharpen the wheels and blades before use, re-wash them, and use. I did not do this and I have to stop the process, sharpen, wash, and restart again. I lost time in doing so.

Overall I'm extremely happy with the grinder. It comes with several grind selection plates and is easy to operate. It feels a litttttle on the cheap side (metal Seems lighter than expected) but by no means does it seem like it would break easily. Just not as sturdy as the kitchenaid grinder. That said, it's also 1/3 the cost of the Kitchenaid brand so I'm happy.

Seemed to work as you would expect. You have to make sure it's angled correctly so that the stay nut goes in the right place, but it ground up 3 pounds of pork shoulder with no problem. A bit of meat got kind of stuck in the end and not ground, but it wasn't a big deal.

Meat grinder worked well for our needs. I wouldn't recommend using if you had a lot of processing to do but for small use at a time jobs it was perfect. Mounted it to my kitchen aid mixer placed speed at 4 and it had no problem grinding a 4%23 sirloin steak cut into 1” cubes into course ground pasty meat. Haven't tried sausage attachment.yet but I sure will try small batches. Attachment was well worth the money, easy to clean and much easier to use than the 42%23 big grinder I thought I'd need.
