Been using this for years. I trust it. Cleans without drying your skin! Nice odor without being obnoxious.

It's a very good product and I love the scent. That's why I ordered the refill rather than the smaller pump.

The packaging is modern and minimalist, with an ergonomic shape that looks great on any sink. I loved that it comes in several aromas. It does not dry out the hands at all, even after several washes a day. I thought this was the foam Method. I didn't know there was a gel Method. Very disappointed.

Instructions are basically nonexistent. The container states to fill the pump container to just below the mark, doing that results in no foam when pumped. I took another pump container and added some water to the container along with the liquid soap and after a few times it pumped out the foam soap I purchased it for. Because I did not use a measuring device I do not remember the liquid ratio so still without instructions I will have to mix the other Method Pump container and write down the ratio when it starts working. I thought I had found my forever hand soap, we shall see if I can figure this out.

"Pack of 4" but I was only sent 1 bottle. Complete rip-off and impossible to complain without calling in, which does not work for me. I feel cheated by the seller. This is false advertising. Walmart makes it impossible to get this made right. A scam is what it feels like...
