I like the variety of nutrients included in the product. The capsules are on the small side, making them easier to swallow. The value is excellent. It's difficult to know if a vitamin is actually doing something, but a dietician recommended I take a methylated B Complex to improve my liver health. I take this one, and my labs show improved liver health.
The only one ive found that doesn't make me sick. these are easy to take, easy to digest, absorb well into the body. definitely recommend you try if you're looking for the perfect combo.
This type of B vitamin is exactly what I was searching for for myself and my husband. They are easy to swallow. I repeatedly order when we run out.
A good portion of people are not able to methylate their own folate properly, and when they try to take regular folate they get sick, like prenatal vitamins make some people sick. This fixes that problem
