After getting lab results I searched for a supplement that addressed the nutrients that I am apparently short on. I would rate the item higher but I need to take it for a while to see if it elevates the nutrients that need elevating. Easy capsule to integrate into my daily pill regimen.
I like that capsule not tablet. Unless others. Easier to swallow
