Ran into some install problems on my MAC, but Oscar from Computer Werx spent a lot of time helping rectify the issues. He even went to Microsoft to get additional support to resolve the issue. Great Customer Service, no matter what you may purchase through them

There were no problems with the product and the company who sent the key code to download the software provided thorough instructions about how to do it

I had some problems downloading the program when it arrived but I emailed customer support right away and they responded quickly and helped me with the problems.

I wanted the Microsoft Professional. That's what I thought I was ordering but I ended up with the Home %26 Student version. Could have been my fault. For the Professional version I would have had to get a DVD. I didn't want a DVD. I wanted the download version.

I thought I was buying physical software as it was being mailed. for some stupid reason the company mails you a puece of paper that has a product code number on it. why would anyone go through the time, effort and expense to mail a piece of paper with info that could be emailed or text? They want you to think they are mailing you a physical copt of software.

This is a scam!!!! It's not even sold from Walmart. I don't know why they have it for sale on the Walmart website. I'm sure they send different ones. This one came as a Microsoft 365, you can not save while off line. That's why I purchased the home and office version, because I am not always connected to the internet and would still like to get work done. Buyer beware, you don't know what you'll get

The code did not work, contacted Microsoft and they told me the key was invalid. Buy at your own risk.
