Microsoft Office Home 2024 (1-User License, Download)

I'll be using this software for years, so it simply makes sense to pay a one-time fee instead of an annual subscription, where by the second year I would've already exceeded the one-time price I paid now. It was a slam-dunk no-brainer--especially when the Walmart price was $10 less than any other seller online.

After so much frustration using the cloud based version, I finally gave in and purchased a Desktop version of MS Office. It's much easier to access and I'm much more familiar with its features. I still have the cloud based version and One Drive to access MS Office files remotely if needed. Just need to remember to save them to One Drive.

The download was flawless, the software is everything that i expected, and the price was competitive.

I ordered this 10/2 to be received in one week. I received a message that it would be delayed. After a week, I began tracking the order and the delivery service didn't have a record of my order number. I called Walmart customer service and the agent got the same error message. They cancelled the order. When I reordered the item the price had gone up, so they did compensate me for that. Now, on 10/17, I noticed I received another “delayed”message. This is a gift, so I may have to cancel again and buy somewhere else if I don't receive it in a few days. I'd love to leave a review on the product, if I ever get it.

Worst buying experience ever! Why is it so difficult to get help from you people? My order number is 200013288837452 ordered 7/31/2025 You have charged my credit card! the order is delayed for over a week now! I chatted last week, 8/6- chat reference number and message: For the safer side I am issuing you a chat reference of this chat if you do not get any update in 48 hours, please reach us back with the id and we will assist you further 250806-64073-1250-0000 here it is! No way to gef any in!! I could not get anything about the status of my order! So I have requested a refund!! DO BETTER!!

I never received my order; ordered twice, but never received neither. Had to buy somewhere else after waiting numerous days to get the 2 that was on order, showing they were delayed finally, and that's when I stop waiting; and purchased some where else Took 10 days to get my refund, terrible customer service on this order.

DO NOT BUY A DOWNLOAD FROM WALMART. I can not tell you about the actual product because I never received the email with the activation code. To be honest, I used an older email that I had not monitored in a while (it was the one linked to my Walmart account), so I tried to cancel the order minutes after placing it. The site would not allow me to cancel the order. After a day or two, I was able to get into this email account to see that there was no email from Wal-Mart. I called their support line many times and was given so many conflicting answers - 'we can resend it, we cannot resend it, we can credit you, we cannot credit you'... They even told me I had to call Microsoft to handle it (?). After everything, I was told I had to dispute it with my credit card company, which I did. Unfortunately, my card sided with Walmart since they could show an email was sent. So why did I not receive it? Walmart does not get charged for the download until it has been activated, so the made pure profit on me.

Buyer Beware - I purchased this for my 82 year old father. We could not get the key code to activate and never received the software, despite over a week of attempts/troubleshooting. I sent my dad to a competitor, and he purchased the software/installation in person at that store with no issues. 1-800-WALMART has been an absolute nightmare. I have now called 4 times over the last month, and have probably spent more than 4 hours on hold, among other attrition tactics clearly aimed at avoiding a refund. Each time I have been told a different story and promises of a refund (or alternatively a gift card) as well as confirmation emails to follow that never once materialized. On my call yesterday, 2 customer service representatives attempted to dupe me into activating the key code on my computer to effectively force the receipt of the product (we've since bought elsewhere), which would obviously eliminate the standing for refund. I called again this morning and was told that I was being transferred to a person that could complete the refund transaction, but instead, I was forwarded to an automated line that only gave me the option to check the balance on a gift card (I have not received a refund or a gift card). Interestingly, this is the same automated line I wound up at when I called the number that was provided at the end of my second call (I was directed to call this number if I do not receive the confirmation email within 48 hours). I have always received great customer service in-store at Walmart, especially the Yulee, FL location. It is unfortunate to say the least that the overseas customer service call center that WalMart uses is essentially a scam.

I been waiting over a week for it to arrive. Still not here and I thought it was expensive for an old software program.

Placing order not arriving by delivery to door and when I got it in an email. Downloaded and can't get the product working. I maybe missing something but this was by far on of the worst experiences I have had with Walmart.
