I would never buy from this seller on here again.. completely waste of time as we received a dirty controller with corrosion in the battery section.. then them dumbWalmart ppl almost blamed me for it and she barely even tried to help me cause she only spoke only Spanish so yeah I’m over it.. won’t be buying controllers from here..

This item is complete junk. Maybe due to being a third party sold product. But it stopped working 35days after purchase . And Walmart won’t recognize the return due to it being a third party sale with a 30day return limit . When there normal products you get a 90 day. Total crap.

Love the controller just be careful when buying from Walmart as it looked to have been opened before hand. If I'm buying a new product I want it to be that new no something that's been opened or maybe replaced idk just do better Walmart. The controller is awesome though.

I received a used Xbox One controller instead that was in such poor condition that even the rubber on both sticks were non-existent. I started the return process online, printed off the email and took the device to the customer service desk. I was accused of replacing the ordered controller with one of my own, or it being a "refurbish" before ultimately getting a refund. I do not appreciate "eff you" orders and will not be shopping online at Wal-mart again.

The item was received as quickly as I expected. While the delivery guy was extremely distracted by the conversation he was having with the the woman on the phone (and didn’t appear to speak English when I repeatedly attempted to get his attention to give me my item); my overall impression of the item was exceptional. I won’t hold my impression of the shopper/delivery driver against the product; but wanted to address it for the hiring agent. Thank you for the product!!

We're pretty big gamers and we are hard on controllers but they generally last more than a year. We got 2 of these in February and the sticks are already barely working. No major falls no spills nothing, and I didn't get the warranty because it's for a year and they generally last longer than that. My own fault for not getting the warranty but the sticks are very bad. Left stick went out so fast

Walmart shoppers for online pick up orders need to be more cautious when shopping for customers. $65 on a controller, $25 in gas to get to my closest Walmart and back home to find the controller in the box is broken and isn't even the controller IN the box.. thankfully I can return it… but WHY put it back on the shelves when you can CLEARLY SEE the box has been tampered with.. the manufacturer seal is broken… COME ON!

Don't buy. Walmart will tell you they shipped you a controller but send you a bunch of random stuff you've never ordered before in place of it and then make racial slurs (assumed I was black bc of my accent) while speaking broken English himself. You get nowhere with customer service. I'm out $60 and done with y'all. I knew I should have just ordered it from Amazon. They would NEVER do me like this!!!

First, the controller was exactly what I was looking for and was also the best price I found. Second, I previously tried ordering this exact controller from Amazon. The controller was ten dollars more expensive there and wouldn't ship for between two to four weeks after I ordered it. Finally, just one day after I ordered the controller, it showed up at my front door. It really doesn't get much better than this in my book.

never order anything from this service if you expect them to fulfill their promises on delivery dates you’ll be very disappointed nothing takes less than 4 days delays happen with every single order i’ve put thru this is the worse service i’ve ever used to have the nerve to promise next day delivery or same day delivery and it consistently turns into four day delivery is astonishingly mind blowing i don’t know why i trick myself into believing this time will be better it never is
