KINDA DIFFICULT TO HOLD AND INSTALL/REMOVE LID BECAUSE OF SIZE AND SMOOTH SURFACE. BUT IN SPITE OF THAT, I LOVE IT! GREAT FOR QUICKLY MAKING HARD BOILED EGGS.
They aren't always available. Very frustrating.
Best for hard boiling or soft boiling eggs quickly. I had worn out my old one and am very happy with my new one. Great product for the money.
It's a wonderful item it's easy and convenient
great item and so convenient. my eggs come out perfect for deviled eggs and peel so nicely. so worth the price, i would use it even more if i could afford the egg prices now.
I like the convenience of this item. It makes 4 “hard boiled eggs” (steamed) in 9 minutes. It doesn't take up much storage space and no cords since it uses the microwave. The shape is kinda cute but it's a monster to remove the hot lid straight out of the microwave. It's smooth with no way to grip it even with a large hand. The lid is supposed to lock on to the base but doesn't always do it because the inner metal part of the lid isn't set in properly so it doesn't block the short channel for locking. Sometimes the steam pops the lid off a little which may slightly change how well the eggs cook. Sometimes an egg will look scorched through the egg white. I guess it's from touching the hot metal tray while cooking which changes the texture and taste in that spot slightly. Overall it's still a pretty good product. Just be careful handling the hot cooker and refill the water in the bottom if doing more than one batch of eggs.
disappointed in the quality of the product. cheaply made.

Eggs "exploded" in the microwave. Bought a similar unit -- $5 more expensive--no similar problems so far.
I didn't use yet, when I saw mark of cancer, I will bring it to store and change an other safety as I saw in store
