I’ve been using this Midea window A/C in my bedroom and it has done a great job so far. It cools the room quickly, even when it’s hot outside, and keeps a steady temperature without constantly cycling on and off. The noise level is surprisingly low—just a soft hum that actually makes it easy to sleep with. The controls are simple and the digital display is bright and easy to read from across the room. I like that it responds well to small adjustments and doesn’t blast freezing air all at once. Installation was straightforward, and once set up, it sealed well and didn’t let in outside noise or air. Even with the unit sitting close to my bed, it’s comfortable and doesn’t blow directly on me unless I angle the vents that way. Overall, it’s a reliable, quiet unit that cools great. Definitely worth it for a bedroom or small living space.
with the remote and temperature setting . This is perfect for a mobilehome since realtor Carmen Cleary like to lie about the home you buy with a working AC and setup you up with a homewarrenty that refuses to fix it.
This window air unit does a great job of cooling off my room. And does so quickly . love that it has so many different settings to choose from and that it comes with the remote. It is Wi-Fi compatible, but I have not set that up yet as I just use the remote. A nice solid unit. Very happy with my purchase.
well, this little air conditioner is one tough little old bird over the years. I’ve had them from Sears and a lot of different companies. The little things are not that expensive and they’re not that expensive to run. They’re easy to install. Just take them out every couple three years and clean them good like anything keep your screens clean and man this little thing I’ll just freeze you out of the house if you wanna run it hard enough very durable love mine I have three of them.
I bought one last year to deal with the heat wave. I needed something small for a peculiar window/room arrangement and this fit perfectly. It’s not terribly heavy so I could easily install it myself (60 yr old female). I love the black version! It’s a mighty little thing for its size. It’s not the quietest but not the loudest either. I love the little remote that shows the temp setting you want and fan speed. I liked this so much, I bought another this year for a friend’s house! Highly recommend!
it is not quiet by any means, but it does the job. i think my room might be a little big for the 8000 btu so my only complaint would be my mistake. i should have got atleast 10000 btu for my room sizze. also, the vents can only be turned so far which is inconvenient because they dont move very much in any direction. but overall it was a good deal
the remote control is ridiculous it's impossible to get it on high I'm just too lazy to return it older air conditioners from this company or all the same with the crazy remote control you should try to get it on the high it's impossible I'll never buy another one from this company ever again
It's a nice air conditioner, however it doesn't go down to 60 degrees like all my other air conditioners. It also doesn't cool my room as well as it should. My bedroom is not a large space at all, so there should be no reason it isn't cooling the room down to the temp that I like it. I do like the color of the air conditioner though. I think black looks way better than white. I also love the convenient remote control that comes with it. And it has an option to turn off the led lights on the control pad so it doesn't bother you at night, which i thought was pretty cool
I replaced my 5,000 btu perfect aire (fairly cheap) model window AC in my bedroom in hopes that my bedroom would be even cooler and, with the door open and a fan positioned, coolness would also extend to my bathroom just outside of my bedroom. This 8,000 BTU has been a HUGE disappointment as I find myself sweating at night and it doesn’t do even HALF as well as my cheap 5,000 BTU unit did. I regret this purchase and, of course, when I finally got it unpacked, installed and found out it was a failure, I had missed their “return/refund” window by 3 days. DONT BUY! ITS A LOSER!
Here is the English translation of your message: ⸻ I ordered this air conditioner three times: 1. I ordered it through the app and picked it up — when I opened the box at home, I noticed clear signs of heavy use: dents on the radiator and scratches all over the unit. 2. I placed a second order for the same new unit to replace the previous one — I drove 20 miles from home to pick it up, but the order was canceled at the last minute! 3. I placed a third order and picked it up at the nearest store, but at home I discovered an even more heavily used, scratched, and damaged air conditioner. This time, the packaging was torn, the manual and accessories were in ripped bags, there was dirt on the unit, scratches, and even black dog hair. The radiator was completely dented! Naturally, I returned the air conditioner to the store for the third time. Walmart — this has been the worst shopping experience of my life. And I have no idea what I need to do to pay the price of a new item and actually receive a new, undamaged product — instead of systematically getting used and broken goods.
