Perfect size for my 2 guinea pigs. We can see them more easy. I added a metal to the borrow to give a better support to the cage. The little doors on the sides are perfect for my toddler helps me to give food to the guinea pigs. I love it!
This habitat is great! Lots of space. Great price. This is a lot better than those small cages. You can also buy more than one and make a huge habitat.
We are first time Guinea pig owners and this cage is perfect! We have 2 Guinea pigs and they have plenty of space. The bottom is water proof and easy to wipe clean. It was super easy to set up, too. I highly recommend it!
I love this, my Guinea pigs love it, it's definitely worth the price and I will be ordering more in the future
Its the perfect size for my guinea pigs it also got to my house a few days before it said it would. The material is good
It's very easy to assemble and the smoothness makes it quick to clean, but the canvas bottom does stain a little bit if you use paper bedding.
This habitat is the perfect size for my 1 guinea pig. Lots of room for a cuddle cave, hay bag, and a small tunnel. My piggy has room to popcorn and run. He loves it. I love the idea of the open top. Much easier to get to him to pick him up. The only thing is that since it is really just a rectangle of wire that you Velcro to the bottom, it is a little flimsy if you try to move it. It definitely takes two people. I put it together on the floor and wanted to move it up to a table so I had to have help with that part. This might work for 2 piggies but I personally think it would be a little tight, especially if you have a few things for them to hide/sleep in.
The cage is a standard size for guinea pigs, with a fair number of gates for its spacial size. The cage panel walls are reasonably tall, too. It does come with a fitted canvas bottom, which attaches via velcro straps, but the lid is an add on item. You might need to use a secondary method to tighten the canvas up closer to the cage walls, to prevent debris from falling between the canvas and cage walls. Also, the cage, when in use, should be kept on a flat stable and sturdy surface, as itscanvas material is not rigid, nor is there any built in internal board to stiffen it. Therefore, pets can chew through it and fall out, etc., if not kept on top of another stable surface. Also, for pet safety, keep the cage away from any potentially hostile pets or other hazards when in use. The bars of the cage panels could have been made just a bit stronger. Not because of small pets directly, but because of any other larger and potentially hostile pets, such as dogs. I have a hunting dog mix in the same house. We dont let her in the piggy room alone, but she still sometimes lunges at the cage walls. We would feel a bit better about the potential for her to sneak in the room unattended if the cage was build with thicker bars. Also, the connectors for the cage wall panels are not crimped tightly enough. We had to crimp them tighter ourselves to be certain they wouldnt get knocked apart by being bumped into, or by our dog.
It said delivered and I didn't get it
The quality is terrible because one of the hooks broke as soon as I tried to set it up! Now I need a new cage but I have nowhere to leave my Guinea pigs for that long.
