Other then the remote not working, my wife and I love this machine. It works exactly as they said it would. And the variety of things it does makes it that much better. I'm so glad I paid a little more and got the best. Would recommend this to anyone. It really does the job.

This foot massager and Shiatsu Machine is hands down the best one I have ever owned. I have had foot pain for years and have bought both cheap and very high end massagers. NOTHING COMPARES to the Miko Foot Massager/Shiatsu Machine. The machine seems to take my feet or calves and gives them exactly what is needed. I am able to get a truly deep massage with the multi-pressure settings. I love the heat and DEEP kneading. I now have neuropathy in my feet and this machines relieves so much of my pain. Afterwords I feel relaxed and pain free. My family cannot get over what an astounding machine this is. It is well worth the price and I recommend the Miko Massager to anyone!

This is the best I ever had my kids and I love it, it's easy to use and the settings are not difficult I just plugged mines up and press the start w/o me setting it

This Shiatsu foot/calf massager is truly worth the money. I had foot surgery and felt amazing after the first session. I can position it to do my calves. The pressure bags feel soo good when the rollers are kneading. Love the heat to loosen those muscles. Miko Shiatsu does it all. Five Stars Miko.

This had great pressure on the high setting, even more pressure than I'm used to. I typically can take a lot from a massage therapist, so this provides above expectation in that respect. I was also concerned about getting enough massage on my heel, since I get heel pain and it definitely massages my heel. Heat is good. I tried this on my calves too, which is not what I bought this for, BUT, it actually feels wonderful there too. I had my husband try it as he has foot neuropathy and in the few times he has had chance to utilize, he feels like this may help to improve his condition because it helps with circulation issues. NOW as far as the wireless remote, I would agree with the others who reviewed that as a drawback simply because you have to be in front of the machine to operate the remote, so MIKO needs to move where the sensor reads the signal. Becomes a REAL issue if you utilize the calf massage laying down, basically you have to set it to the desired level before getting your legs in place.

This foot massager is a game changer! I have been trying to improve the pain in my feet from plantar fasciitis for almost 2 years now. This (in tandem with some exercises) is helping reduce my pain so much. Beyond that, it feels amazing - our feet never get as much love and care as they deserve, but this helps bridge that gap! I've used it on my calves as well, which is very nice. I would recommend and have recommended this to anyone I know looking for a foot massager! Our houseguests have tried it and all want one! I also love that you can adjust every single aspect of the massage - pressure, kneading, heat - so everyone can find a comfortable level of massage for their feet. Main point - I am so happy I ordered this product!

needs a remote. hands down. feels great. Purchased this and one on Amazon to see if there was a difference. Amazon's Could massage was exact machine, different name and logo, but even the packaging was the same. This just cost less. Air pressure is has different variation pressure on left, then right, then whole foot . the rollers massages the whole foot, not just go up and down, but rolls your foot around and massage and squeezes it. Vibration is on the heel. Lift the heel and get a deep massage on ball of the foot. Calf and leg massage is not as strong. barely feel the roller. I was even able to get the top of my foot and ankle massaged. I was able to use it in bed... but really needed the remote. It is very big and bulky. Heavy too. Handles move with ease, just flip the switch to the side. really needs remote. going to return this one and get one with remote, hope the one with remote works exactly like this one. It would be the perfect machine. oh yes, it vibrates and shakes the whole floor.

This machine is very heavy duty, and seems well made. We have only had it since, Christmas, so unable to attest to its longevity. My biggest complaint is that there are just not enough settings. You can adjust the air pressure (which is a great feature) between 6 settings, but the heat is only high or low (and the high is not very warm at all), and the Shiatsu is powerful and feels great, but it is either off or on. The vibration is annoying and loud yet does not add any value in my opinion. Thankfully, it can be turned off. We will keep it because I researched quite a few other choices, and overall, this one seems to be of the best quality. But, if I knew there was a better machine, with more variable settings, I would probably return this.
