Milwaukee 2527-20 M12 FUEL HATCHET 6" Pruning Saw, Bare Tool Only

I put the order for the 6 inch Milwaukee pruning saw with brushless tool only -- in thru Amazon before Christmas 2025. We waited until the middle of February for its arrival and then gave up. We asked for a refund and got credited on our credit card. So, Amazon used out money for 7 weeks with no reward to us. The weird thing is that the tool said it was being shipped from the very beginning, but it was never arriving! I saw the same tool on the Walmart site and ordered it and received it within a few days! I'm not sure if it was the tariffs or what, but Walmart came thru and Amazon failed.

Last summer a very large cottonwood tree fell on my property and my landlord bought one of these so I could cut all the branches out of my driveway. I was already invested in the M12 platform and threw in one of my 5.0ah batteries. I cleared my driveway on a single charge. This saw really tears through large branches, and you can exceed the listed 6” maximum cut by plunge cutting out one side of the branch and then crosscutting the other side. I was really sad when my landlord asked for the saw back, and I jumped on this sale price. I use this all over the place and it lives in my truck. Tensioning and oiling is super easy, and the familiar hackzall shape is extremely ergonomic. My 14” gas chainsaw doesn't get much use these days.

this item is great for household projects.i work in the line clearance industry and this is a must have climbing utility the eight inch hatchet is more practical for professional use but they both work great for simple trimming

I really liked the tool and it arrived very quickly; they are very effective.

This is great for small pruning jobs with branches up to 2 to 3 inches.

Handy for trimming around the yard.

I would say this would complete most projects but n the average property.
