They appear to be OEM but I didn't get the original packaging for it? It came in a different box but they did take the time to make sure that it wouldn't get damaged during shipping:) Thanks for your carful packaging, The batteries work as they should and the charger works as well as it should

Box came a little roughed up and occasionally the batteries don't want to connect with the charger, but otherwise everything is good. Came in original Milwaukee box and everything, which I was a little worried about with some of the other reviews, but I noticed if you order from the company I did, it's legit Milwaukee.

Be careful ordering M-18's on This site, there are knock offs pretending to be oem, It took me three orders to get real OEM Batteries. If Walmart were a good business, they would kick those knockoffs off their site. I would even be willing to test them, but They don't seem to care. I even had one seller threaten me saying I tried to rip them off and that their lawyers would be calling me. I welcome that call as I video taped the entire opening and testing of their crappy batteries. If the price seems too cheap it's most likely not real. Hold the power button for three seconds, a real M-18 will go through tests and the lights will flash, The fake ones do not.

Received this from Walmart and I have to say this item is worth every penny and it original Milwaukee products…great price fast ….fast shipping….im so happy with this purchase

These batteries are great and the charger as well. A great price...I paid less for the two battery packs plus the charger than I paid for one battery at a well known popular store!

This is a quality product, not surprising for Milwaukee tools. They always build quality items. Have used their tools and batteries for many years in my professional trade as a gas turbine mechanic and now in my retirement years for general maintenance and shop tasks. Great product

The product didn't arrive in original packaging. The batteries were in USPS bubble envelopes. The charger wasn't wrapped. No warranty card, proof of purchase or care and use documentation was included. The items were scratch and dent free and looked new. The batteries also work and charge on my Milwaukee battery chargers.

Purchased this due to the large discounted price. However, both the batteries and charger were received unpackaged. That is, not in Milwaukee Tool blister packs or other branded packaging- just items in a shipping box. Given the increased issues with counterfeit Milwaukee Tool batteries I am hopeful these are actual brand items. So far so good, but only time will tell. Would have appreciated better item description (unless I missed that).

Item was fine and looked to be new. Both the batteries and the charger. But the box was very faded and old looking, it even had a good bit of dust on it. Looked like it was forgotten and set on a shelf for a few years. The batteries did charge up fine, I just hope that they will still perform like they are supposed to.

The product arrived on time however, the charger charge indicator light lens cover was broken / missing. The charger does work however the cosmetics of the Milwaukee charger is below expectations.
