pretty good size to handle

This is ratchet is small and light weight and fits into tighter areas. I purchased additional battery's because I thought due to their size they might not last very long. They last longer than expected. I didn't need the extra batteries. Overall, I am very satisfied with the performance and small size.

Have been used this tool to change the central engine mount 9n one of japaneese cars. Tool behaved itself good, unless it is not enough torque to loose the nut(s). But! Technically, you can block the rotation of the tool by finger and twist the nut manually (by hand) and continue to unscreew the nut (or bolt). atlter all, i can tell that this tool helped me to save big portion of time of planned job. Very satisfying with the purchase and happy to have this tool for sure.

Great tool to have. Perfect for those difficult to reach areas. Has plenty of power. I'm definitely pleased with my purchase.

Better price than anyone else gets into tight spots a real plus

Disappointed that it did not come with the pictured tool storage case, they sent a hand held tool bag instead. Called Walmart and they said no returns and to call the company that sold tool. The company was unresponsive and could not talk to a person, only an automated message. The Milwaukee ratchet is great, just unhappy that the proper pictured case was not provided.

So I recently purchased the Milwaukee M12 3/8 ratchet kit.I am happy with my purchase except, I didnt receive the correct storage case (the one shown in the photo). Instead I was given a larger Milwaukee bag (M12 Fuel). I did reach out to Tools R Us and was told that they actually didnt have any more of the original case (the one shown in the picture). It isnt the end if the world but I was still slightly disappointed and actually thought of returning it.
