Item does not have a battery. delivery was fasted then quoted. This was an actual milwaukee product nit a knock off.

The tools themselves work great, though they show minor signs of wear and tear that indicate prior ownership. The charger arrived defective and will need to be returned under warranty.
This has been the absolute worst experience I've had ordering tools online. The delivery was a complete disaster. The box arrived completely broken, beat up, and looked like it had been dragged through mud. There was no proper packaging—just loose, rough handling. The tools were not even sealed or protected. It felt like they just tossed random used items into a box and shipped it off. To make it worse, the listing clearly said "NEW condition", but what I received was scratched-up equipment covered in white dust. These tools are far from new—they look like they've been sitting in a dirty warehouse or worse. There's zero attention to detail, no care in packing, and no sense of professionalism in the way it was delivered. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never order from here again. Buyer beware!
This package was stolen by the Walmart delivery driver. I never received. The delivery pic provided was fictitious. I will be canceling my Walmart app and warning consumers on All social media. This is simply not right. If Walmart doesn't care about vetting their delivery services better then they don't deserve our business. Period.
