Worked well. Sturdy and strong. I used it to move from my 3rd-floor apartment. I didn't want to keep renting these from U-Haul when I have to move again. I also purchased the convertible one because I wasn't sure which I preferred. The convertible one is heavier, and the handle moves, so this one was better on the stars.
This is a must have for moving heavy stuff at home. Feels sturdy and it was really easy to move a washer and dryer from garage to the curve for disposal.
great deal! moved a fridge out with ease.
Very sturdy, compact and durable. I will be buying another one in the near future. Definitely recommend this dolly.
It’s a great since I finally received today 10-20-25 and does the job today for living furniture. Took forever and the box was tore up on all the sides
Very durable, but came with chip paint and suppose to be brand new item with tag on it.
Not only was this the second time Walmart has delivered to the wrong house (descriptions on my door color and the cars in my driveway were in the notes), they took a picture of poster frames and marked it as delivered. Does a picture frame look like a metal hand truck? No. Who has my item? No one knows, and it’s taking so long to get a refund nowadays- and the app does not update correctly. So many issues, that I do not trust ordering from Walmart anymore. If I could choose to go pick it up, I would’ve but that wasn’t an option.
I was very disappointed in the hand truck I received after placing an online order and picking it up in store. It may have been the stores fault, however, the condition and quality it was given to me in was terrible. There were scratches and marks all over the hand truck and the wheel were totally worn down. It looked like it had been used a number of times before being given to me although it should have been brand new.
First. I don't like that I have to give you any stars at all. If I had received what I ordered all would be well. What I got was the Milwaukee 600 lb. Capacity 2-in-1 Convertible Hand Truck, Not the Milwaukee 600 lb. P-Handle Hand Truck. I needed the P-Handle to move heavy plants every day. It has a concave back to accommodate the planters. The product page even has a pic of a man moving heavy large planters with it... So i arranged a return and exchange for the right one with Walmart, FedEx (or as I like to call them "ExFedEx") came and picked it up. It was then held up in Willington Connecticut, Tracking shows it's still there. I then get an email from Walmart saying the Milwaukee 600 lb. P-Handle Hand Truck is out of stock and I should receive a refund to my card. I don't have my money or a Hand Truck, I'm kind of ANGRY. I'm a Life Long Walmart Shopper. I don't know whats going on And I've never felt more disenfranchised than I do right now. I'm disabled on a fixed income, I really need that Hand Truck. Now I don't have that or the money to buy it elsewhere. Going to start shopping some place else...
Delivered to me rent! It’s supposed to hold 600lbs so I would love to know how it was bent before delivery
