If you sit for long periods of time you need this

Gloria July 23, 2020

This foot rest is very stable. It is also adjustable by applying pressure with your feet allowing you to readjust as needed. I like it so much I bought a second one for hubby so he'd stop borrowing mine. If your spending long hours at your desk this will help with swelling in your feet and legs.

Adjust, Tilt, then ROCK AND ROLL!

Bluest November 3, 2017

I've been using this Mind Reader footrest product for about a month now at home and L-O-V-E it! I was already aware of, and using footrests at work although they are non-adjustable nor have a tilt/rock feature like this one. My employer provides built-in, no frills footrests for us to increase circulation and reduce fatigue on our joints during our 12-hour shift of sitting at our computer console operating stations. At work I would always notice how much better my legs felt after using a footrest during long sitting periods and put it on my list of things to purchase for the home front. Lucky for me as a Walmart Spark Reviewer, Walmart offered me this product to test and review for the consumer...YOU, and now I finally own one for home use! Set up was extremely simple: comes assembled, just pull it out of the box, place it on the floor and begin using! There is nothing to plug in to an electrical outlet nor any batteries to use; it is a manually-operated unit. The entire unit is constructed of heavy plastic, thus is lightweight to move from room to room. It comes with a simple three-position height adjustment (think: pool lounge chair adjustment) yet the best feature to me is the 0-30 degree tilt. Not only can the user set the height, but can also tilt and/or rock the unit for extra comfort or just to give legs and feet an extra wiggle or stretch for increased circulation. The rollers are nice too; I can feel the rollers even with my slippers on. I think in future units they should consider rubber rollers...ah, wouldn't THAT be heavenly? The plastic ones still work great but I am thinking rubber would feel great on bare feet. I found the size of the unit to fit well under my computer desk. As well, I found that I no longer need to put my computer chair in the "lounge" position; instead I now sit upright in my chair, lock it in place and, combined with the footrest, by body is now positioned in an ergonomical position thus minimizing physical discomfort. I highly recommend this footrest and I think it would make a GREAT holiday gift for your friends and loved ones. Again, and I cannot stress enough, NO batteries or electrical outlets needed; works straight out of the box!! No one likes looking for batteries or electrical plugs and adapters to make a product work on their gift-giving holiday. 18.1W" x 13.4"D x 4.3"H Color: black No instructions needed, nor come in box. The footrest flattens and makes for easy storage when not in use. No batteries or electrical needed to make it work -- completely manual. Designed in USA; made in China.

Provides comfort to achy feet...

valzem October 25, 2017

When I first requested to do a review of this foot rest, I was not sure what to expect. I have Never, Ever used a foot rest at my desk. I am using this at my work as the space under my home desk it too cluttered but I may have to change that. I am very impressed with this. First of all, it is pleasing to the eye and it is not too bulky as to be in the way. There are 3 different height settings and I use it primarily on the lowest one. There are bumps or nodules that are the massage part as well as 30 rolling spools in the center which are a nice feature. I am on my feet a lot during the day so when I have spare time, I sit, kick my shoes off and just rub my feet ove the top of the nodules. I was surprised at how comfortable I am with just sitting with my feet a bit elevated. Just feels like less strain for some reason. And I'm also pleased that my knees seem to feel better at the angle they are when I'm using the foot rest. It seems there is much less strain on them which is wonderful. I sometimes get pain on the sides of my feet and for this, I raise the foot rest to the highest position as it makes it easier for me to turn my foot to the side and use the center rollers. I also like to use the swivel feature to stretch a bit which also provides some relief. All in all, a nice addition, looks good, provides comfort, yes I'd recommend....

Mind Reader Adjustable Massage Footrest

MeeMaw213 October 31, 2017

I work in retail and I am on my feet a minimum of 8-10 hours a day. The fact that I have Rheumatoid Arthritis just makes it that much more painful to be on my feet. The Mind Reader adjustable massage footrest just may be the answer to my problems with my feet. The adjustable massage footrest is 18.1" W x 13.4" D x 4.3" H, a little bigger than I anticipated, but fits perfectly under my desk, where I spend most of my time while at home. It has adjustable height and tilt for customizing the position that you want, tilts from 0 to 30 degree's to provide comfortable angles for resting your legs and has built in rollers to massage your feet and improve circulation. So, this is the first place I head after I change out of my work clothes and am ready to settle down at home. First thing I can say is that it does relieve hot, tired, achey feet. I run my feet back and forth over the rollers, the burning nerve pain seems to ease up. I can feel the pain just alleviating, making the rest of my day more comfortable and less painful. I would recommend the Mind Reader Adjustable Massage Footrest to anyone experiencing foot pain, it does offer great relief.

One of the metal rod was off, had a tough time to put it back. The quality is on par with the price. Since its adjustable, i no longer have leg cramps.

OK

LongIslandLass November 2, 2017

Nice looking foot rest for my office. It has 3 height settings at about 3", 5" and 6.5”. It is designed to rest your feet flat on the surface, not to lay your heels on, so the lower heights work ok. You must step on the floor peddle PLUS use both hands on the top to adjust the height. So that’s a bit awkward. The top pivots across the center from front to back, so you can find the right angle for your feet, and can also stretch your calves and feet by pivoting it back and forth with your feet, but I don’t see a way to lock it in place if desired. It came with no user guide. The stationary bumps on the surface don’t do anything for me, and the rolling wheels in the center are small, hard and smooth, so don’t provide much massage. I wish the top parts were made of a soft rubbery material/coating that would grip my feet better. It’s too slippery and hard for bare and socked feet. I like it, but feel some improvements could be made.

Mind Reader 'Comfy' adjustable height foot rest wi

barbara6 October 23, 2017

I'm not too sure about this product. I've never used a foot rest before so I'm not too sure on how it should feel. I am a short person at 5'2 and have some health issues where my feet do tend to swell so I was thinking this would be helpful. What I am finding that I have to do is after having my feet up on the foot rest, every five minutes I have to take them down then I put them back up. The reason for me to do this is because It feels uncomfortable to me having my feet up, so maybe it's just me and not the foot rest. It seems to be made sturdy. It's a hard plastic so it's not that comfortable to me and I found it hard to use the rollers; could it be because I have short legs? I'm not sure?

Comfortable Foot Rest

zane September 8, 2020

I like the adjustable feature and nonslip surface. My feet feel a lot more comfortable when I sit at my desk for a long period of time. This provides continuous support and comfort because I am able to easily adjust positions as needed without having to getting up. It could be a bit more sturdy. Shifts sometimes when adjusting position.

Do not buy it!

david April 7, 2020

It's too fragile! I put my feet on it and it broke suddenly. You need to be very cautious to not put too much force on it. I just bought this in 2 weeks.
