some items were missing in the package so I had to return it. but please send me the $9 warranty payment

Over all view good but came in with 4” blade for 4”” chain missing so I will not be able to use the 4”. But still can use the 6”, came in a little later than expected will try it out tomorrow God willing no rain. Will try to contact manufacture to have them send me a 4” blade. Also pole had a slight dent in it probably by shipping but still useable..

The chain does not stay on tight it slips and you have to keep readjusting the chain to cut anything

The extension pole is flimsy and makes it impossible to use. After about a hour's use it started smoking and froze up so i returned it

Had I know it was in ten million pieces and I would have to assemble the chain saw along with the poles. The poles are fine. For sixty bucks it's in pieces. I wouldn't have bought it if I had known. The picture shows the saw assembled. Very disappointed.

The instructions are worthless. We even tried going on YouTube to find a video. Never could even get it assembled. And it's very cheaply made. Returning immediately.

It was fine until the batteries run down and they would not take a charge. I even bought another charger but the batteries would still not charge! I'm stuck with a pole saw which I really likes but the batteries won't charge! My order%23 is 200013384818531. What can you do to fix this?

It broke first time i used it! Had to put it together, which wasnt too hard. i will be returning it.
