So it's suppose to be cold first, then I put the water into the trays🤷🏽‍♀️… I know it took me a while but I know to bend the trays like the usual way to unlock the ice from its tray😉 Love the lil cubes!! So if I want to get fancy I can do each try different with colour or flavor!

ice trays were even better than what i was hoping for. wanted ice that would definately be crushed in a blender cup. Wanted trays to provide enough ice for a karge serving. The trays are sturdy but easily manipulated to exject the ive. Four trays provide plenty of micro mini cubes with a plastic lidded container you can empty the trays into. This item surpassed what i was looking for. they are the best!

Perfectly tiny little ice cubes but container arrived with tab for opening broken off. This item is fragile and should be shipped in a box or bubble packaging. Love how tiny these are and that i can make 4 trays and it has storage box with scoop.

loved the product at first but the quality isn't there it lasted about 2 months but I'd you don't mind the short life there average. the ice doesn't come out as easy as they say it does and the continued use worped/cracked it. it was easy to fill with water

ome of the trays were busted when i got it. if that didnt happen, id give it a 5 stars and totally recommend!

Don't waste your time or money !This was one of the absolute worst things I have ever wasted my time purchasing ! It seems like a great product for making the nugget ice for those specialty iced coffee drinks etc…..at home . It had to be shipped so I didn't get to see it until I opened the box . I couldn't believe how small and flimsy the ice trays are . They're so much smaller than the pictures . The cubes are microscopic! The trays are absolutely impossible to fill without spilling every where and transferring to the freezer is just a huge mess! If I could give this negative stars I would !

This is a great idea and would work well if the ice trays were soft silicone but they are rigid so it's virtually impossible to get the TINY ice cubes out without almost breaking them when they're frozen.

This whole thing is very difficult to use. Filling the tray with water is not the easiest. It is very hard and messy trying to put trays with water back into clear container. And when it is finally ice it goes everywhere when trying to get ice cubes into clear container for use of them. I lost more than I actually was able to get in that thing. And then for it to be $14. I would not recommend this at all. Sending mine back

Terrible! Holes are so small it's actually hard to fill. Nice frozen they're hard to get out and only some come out. Trays get sticks together. Bottom tray gets stuck to container. After ice come out they all stick together so you have to bang them around. This thing is awful!

I love to give positive reviews, but this item was disappointing. Do just one tray %26 it is wonderful. Do more than one, they all freeze together. If you decide to try this, you might try putting something in between the trays to help with separation.
