The little transistor works well. This model comes with earbuds, which is handy, makes it a personalized gift!
For the radio to be small(about 4in long) it works great. I was surprised, as soon as i turned it on i could hear music coming from the earphones. Great mini radio. Perfect little stocking stuffer.
