The item was packeded and ready for use. The price was outstanding from the original price in which it fit my budget for a last minute birthday celebration. Thank you so much I was able to display some kind of decor.

Perfect for Minnie party!
My 5 year old daughter wanted a Minnie Mouse birthday party and this banner was absolutely perfect! It matched the other decor perfectly. I attached it to a wooden pavilion with some small nails (not included) and it stayed great for the duration of the party even with some strong gusts of wind. The price is great too!

Wrong product in banner package
The package was sealed and labeled 7.5 foot birthday banner like I ordered. When I opened it to set up for my daughter's birthday, there was a massive Minnie Mouse head balloon inside instead. It was too late to get a replacement banner. Beware of incorrect product / open right away.
