I love how convenient these rice cups are, and how filling they are! preparation for these is so easy, no cleansing necessary, just open and pop in the microwave. They have an al dente consistency if microwaved for only a minute, I imagine longer would make them a bit softer. still great with my chicken and tomatoes!
Minute Tice cups are quick and easy. no need for messy boiling water and waiting for rice to cook. It microwaves in one minute and ready to eat.
I’m currently a post chemo patient, having been diagnosed with the rapid and aggressive AML. I am fortunate to have atm about 80% of my normal function and activities. However, cooking is draining, so a prepped side like this makes a meal soooo easy and it pairs nicely with beans a key source of protein!
I'm 81 don't like shopping in Walmart anymore do to walking problems unless it's a necessity I have to go. I can order mostly anything that Walmart sells and have it delivered to my Front door or Dropbox entrance of driveway. Rice was excellent delivery was fast ready to eat from microwave in one minute Love Walmart shopping from home THANKS WALMART
The best flavor of plain rice, only takes 55 seconds to cook. Can Walmart please start doing something about the Review section on ALL the foods/goods?? These spots are for reviews on The quality of the food!! NOT your review on how it wasn’t delivered or was damaged when delivered, etc! That’s a review that belongs somewhere else not here! Please!
I've recently fallen in LOVE with this rice. The rice used to come in a small box but, I haven't seen that size in a few months. So this was the next best option. The cooked rice tastes SO MUCH BETTER ! I changed brands to get that unique flavor back!!
I have NEVER been one to like instant rice and still prefer to make rice in my rice cooker the proper way, most instant Rice tastes horrible and had goey or even slimy feel. Not this one. The texture and taste are very good and the rice has the same quality as properly cooked rice. The additives used are there for flavor (salt) and oil for cooking and add to the flavor but make the rice tasty.
I know microwaved rice doesn't sound great. But it really comes out decent and saves us time when we are in a rush or too tired to cook. It surprisingly has a nice texture and manages to keep its flavor. I am so happy Minute rice offers jasmine rice cups because its delicious. Its my favorite one!
One tub was fine but one tub of rice was brown and sticky and smells funny
Terrible quality. The rice was hard, in light brown color and soaked entirely in extra amount of grease. After taking out the rice, there was still a bit amount of oil left that I could pour out of the cups! Had one pack opened yesterday and tried another one today, both (4 cups) are the same hard greasy rice! Had the white
