Great classic Christmas movie. Excellent cast. Maureen O'Hara is simply a great actress. Edmund Gwenn as Kris Kringle is fantastic. I believe this original movie is much better than the newer one(s). The picture quality of the Blu-ray Disc is very good. If you like classic Christmas movies like I do, this is a must buy.

This movie is simply a "classic." i introduced to my young daughter. She will grow up watching it, and hopefully, some day will continue watching it with her children.

Wonderful Version of a Classic Film
Lovely version of a classic film on Blu-Ray. This is the original 1947 film. Though I also adore the 1994 version, this version includes my favorite performance of Santa by Edmund Gwenn. The film itself is a simple, but heartfelt story about the power of belief and how it can help bring people together. It should appeal to fans not just of holiday films but those looking for timeless, well-told stories.

Miracle on 34th Street is one of my favorite Xmas movies since I was a kid. Great story line. I know there r many copy cats out there, the others are good. But the one above was my first watch and none of the others can compare.

Possibly B&W version only!!
Not sure about the bluray version but the DVD version in the same package is the black & white version only! Check before opening
