our tiles needed a good cleaning and scrubbing in our kitchen after 20 years. So we did a deep cleaning jog and grotted tiles again and then used this sealer. Made a big difference. Counter easier to clean and things don't soak in and discolor like before.

Easy to use and perfect for the art pieces I make from salvaged marble. It soaks into the stone, allowing me to use several light coats and maintain a natural matte finish.

this was very easy to use. i mixed with group while installing my backsplash to make sure to seal it all up so splatters do not stain. it did not have an odor and did not discolor my grout. i love the finished product.

I have used this product several times. Works as intended. I do reapply yearly on our wood look tile flooring due to heavy foot traffic. It does help keep my grout lines from darkening as quickly.

This is a product that is more for cleaning, than sealing, as it doesn't penetrate into the stone. It's water-based. We ended up going to a stone quarry, to see why it wasn't working.
