I found exactly what I needed on walmart.com. I purchased the item and it was delivered quickly. Perfect scenario since product was not available at my store!

Easy to apply . Good coverage

This is an easy to use sealer for grout. I had a few areas between my bathroom tiles where the grout had come out. After replacing the missing grout and allowing dry time, this sealer went right over it. The brush tip adds to the ease of application.

This stuff works. First get grout clean. In my case had to remove a paint layer first..ugh! Recommend using Clorox toilet bowl clinging gel. Seriously! Just apply on grout lines, let sit 20 minutes, then just wipe and rinse. Allow to dry then maybe sand or grout saw a thin layer of grout to expose original color. Then apply 2 coats of this. Dries invisible as advertised. Use this unit as the spray can is messy or better suited to cover the entire area if that is wanted. Before and after pics below

Easy to apply and no problem with excess sealer on the tiles. Cleans up easily the next day. I plan to buy another bottle to reapply to problem areas, as there were several that have developed now 4 weeks after application. At this stage I will attribute those problems to preexisting mold that I had not properly cleaned. If it happens again then I will deem the product ineffective. I have since hit the spots heavily with a baking soda/bleach solution and they all seem to be clean.

Angled tip was great for ease and use of application. Helped stay in the grout lines and not on the tile. I bought 2 bottles and the only issue was BOTH leaked some at the bottom of the cap so I did lose some product. Maybe a design flaw with the bottle?

I wanted this product to seal a ceramic fix on a piece of tile. This product was very subtle and did not make any difference on the tile. I am seraching foe a stronger product!

Removed seal to use, was brown and crusty at opening. Liquid was not clear in color, was cloudy with unknown particles. Believe it to be old or inadequate storage.

The sealer is too thin with the bottle/brush configuration provided. The liquid pours out when working on a vertical surface. With the warnings provided, this stuff runs out of control. If I wanted to apply it with my own brush, I would not have bought what I expected to be a handy applicator. The viscosity might help penetration, if you could keep it from spilling all over! SORRY!
