Soft velvet like material, cushions are thin but suprisingly supportive to sit on, easy to assemble, pull out is good quality. Mattress is a little thin but decent quality. This is being used in our den as a spare bed/couch and it does not get a lot of daily use so I dont know how durable it is if used regularly. For a cheaper couch, I think its worth the money.

Item was delivered without armrests. Seller has not arranged pickup/return of the original incomplete item. Yesterday, the seller told me "to handle the original item myself". I can not and will not handle this myself. I did not cause the damage nor the shipping error. I am within the 30 day return period.

Walmart I usually approve of your items but this $600.00 sleeper couch is the most uncomfortable “cot” we have ever experienced !! Yes not too hard to assemble but not a comfortable place for a guest coming one night very dissatisfied!!!! Even for a college student it is not worth it !!! So small and need 3 mattress pads

I bought this for my brother and it wouldn't fit into his bed sitter we measured his single room but couldn't return it it was a third party buy from Walmart. So I donated it. And welcome to it

Won't allow a return and the box hasn't been unboxed. I have been “working” with them for weeks to alleviate their issue without a refund.

bought in may 2023. used sleeper sofa for family staying for Thanksgiving. center bar in pull out broke when converting to bed 1st time!! no one even layed on sleeper. directions for use followed to the letter and bed broke. we fixed ourselves and broke another bar towards head of sleeper. bed was complete WASTE of time and money. DON'T BUY!!
