The physical SIM card worked better and my phone than the esim did and I get excellent coverage no matter where I go and the only downside is there is no direct number to call customer service. if you call them you will have to leave a voicemail for them to call you back and you can also email and they will respond out when they can. so don't expect super fast customer service but you're getting a great deal on service I actually love mobileX.
Great product. Got it for my kid to have a phone when I drop him off at sports. I lock the phone down so all he can do is call me or his dad.

i like the idea of if My phone would have worked (thats on me). Customer service sucks horribly through the app (i had no service to call) and it will take up to 24 to forty eight hours for them to reply to each of my replies. It should not take a whole week to find out my phone will not work.
I wasn't able to use this SIM card with my trail cam.
How y'all want people to use this product but y'all don't let people know it do not go with every phone y'all tricking people to buy this product and not letting them know it don't go to every phone then the sign-up is hard
