Home Depot box
Showed up at the door in a Home Depot box, looked on Home Depot and it was $10 cheaper than what it is on here. Still works so that's why I'm giving it a 2/5.

Cheap plastic
I broke 3 of these cheap plastic knobs before ordering this one. This one didn't even fit so I could break it too. What I needed was a new cartridge. When I ordered that, it didn't fit either. Moen has changed this item just enough to make it now work. Our Moen faucets were installed by a previous owner. Something we never would have done. I don't recommend this plastic knob or anything else Moen.

This handle repeatedly breaks I have had to replace over & over.

Broken again
This is the third one of these knobs I've had break. The second one was an aftermarket part so I can't blame it on Moen, but the original broke, and so did the latest official Moen part I put on a couple years ago. Poor design, the acrylic plastic sleeve that fits over the brass part on the faucet is clearly not up to the torque required to turn it, over the long run. I guess I'll buy 2 this time, so I have a spare on hand the next time it breaks. I always enjoy having to disassemble my shower faucet and rig up a temporary repair with vice-grips before I can have a shower in the morning.

Cheap plastic and no replacement available
I have lived in my home for just about 8 years. Was brand new build when I moved in. These crystal handles are just crap. The faucets had to be replaced within two years and I am no trying to replace the shower handle (not a tub/shower) and it is as though it doesn't exist! There's no part number on the broken one and no way to cross-reference to something to replace it if it is discontinued. I just don't recommend Moen at all and I have been in construction for 28 years. Never found anything about their stuff that wasn't worth replacing with something else.
