A move up and definitely over!
The fat tire is a large upgrade from my Kendra street tire. The directional tread and durable knobs with make shirt work of gravel and wet grass in my area. Could be fun!

You will definitely notice much better grip almost immediately. These tires are really good especially for steeper dirt inclines these things definitely dig in and give me the traction I really needed
