Far better cooling ability than the other gel bead ice pack types. They hold their chill which is definitely a good thing when you're reaching for these for clog management and reducing inflammation. I wish I started off with these to begin with but these were my third set (tried other types by other brands first)

A must while your nipples adjust to breastfeeding!

My daughter just had her baby and had an issues with her breast. I purchased her this and she used it. She loved it.

Unfortunately it says on the packaging that after each use to wash your nipples before breastfeeding. Lanolin is safe for breastfeeding so there are other ingredients in this product that aren't. Doesn't seem like the best product to help soothe and heal cracked/dry/sore nipples if you have to wash them after every use. Defeats the purpose of the lanolin to stay on. Also they don't stick well. They tend to peel off easily. But then again I'm a well-endowed mom so it's got a lot to cover.

Only thing that matters to me is the way it makes me feel better with less pain and sore. I believe the pad is doing right. It's just that it's not baby safe, I had to wash and wipe the residual before nursing every time, which is kinda of a burden to me.

These are horrible!! They stick to your nipples, which are already sore and cracked, leave residue when you peel them off and provide absolutely no soothing. It feels like ripping off a bandaid. This was a horrible experience for sure and if you need a product like this then use the Lansinoh brand Soothies.

Sting when putting on, strong chemical smell, doesn't come off easy/pulls breast tissue and nipple. Overall would not recommend or buy again, probably will throw away the rest of the pack.

Broke after one week of using.
