The heart pendant is beautiful and looks as if it cost much more than it did. I gave 4 stars because I was somewhat disappointed in the chain. That said, I would buy it again, and I would recommend it. I gave 3 stars for durability because I have had the necklace less than 3 weeks and have no idea how durable it is.

The man I talked to tried to get me to order it for the third time but he could not tell me how he could be sure I would receive it and I did not have time to wait again.
