It was very easy to install! and extremely secure, a plus, as my husband just had knee surgery. very good product and a great deal!

This is really sturdy ,does not slip on tile in bath. Can depend on when getting in %26 out of tub/shower.

I just had knee surgery and I wanted something to have in my shower to make me feel more stable in case I lost my balance. this worked perfectly. was easy to put on and it never fell off or came loose

I have only had this installed for a couple of weeks, and it seems safe and secure so far. Most importantly, the Safe-er-Grip has given me my confidence back while in the shower. It was a little difficult to install because of the strong suction, but I found a young person to help me out, and so far, it has been a Godsend!

Before I take my shower every night, I check them (I have 3 on my shower wall) sometimes one of them would be loose but overall, they are great.

I bought this because I have my disabled 14 year old and my disabled adult sister who live in the home with me. I bought it to keep them safe in the shower. This is not a good product. The suction cups do not work. It pops off the wall with just the slightest amount of pressure. As soon as you grab on to it, it pops off the wall.

Virtually worthless suction cups. Count myself lucky if the unit adheres to the counter for 24 hours. Using this to aid an unstable senior, instead I feel like I put his life in danger. Definitely cannot recommend this product, returning asap.

We were not able to attach these to the wall. We could not close the two devices on the unit that create the airlock that actually adhere the device to the wall. I have purchased this type from other stores that work just great.

I bought this for my husband, who is currently in hospice and needs assistance in and out of the shower. I was hoping it would provide extra security, but so far, it has done exactly the opposite! I have followed the directions, and it will stay for a little bit, but then just falls with the slightest touch. Although we have 4 inch square tiles, I was able to attach the pads to full tiles with the pads not overlapping grout. If anyone has a tip to make this work, I'm open to ideas. The packaging was thrown away, so I can't return it.

The product did not have enough suction to stay in place. Purchased on line %26 delivered. WANT REFUND !
