Fast Shipping, easy assembly, color very accurate, the only bad thing is the seat is kind of hard.

I like this bike, the only thing though is that it doesn't have screws to add the equipment that I purchased for it, but other than that I'm pleased.

The rear suspension is way to stiff. I bought 2 of them for my twin daughters and I am 225 lbs and could barely get it to move on either one and that was on the softest setting. My girls weigh about 100 lbs so it is like having no suspension. Otherwise bike is very nice and they like them.

The bike was fairly easy to put together but the instructions for adjusting the breaks were terribly difficult to understand and one of the break wires was put on weird and there was no way to keep it from rubbing the tire so we had to zip tie it to the frame. The tires are pretty cheap and we will probably have to replace them pretty quickly, as my daughter has only had this bike a week and has already worn quite a bit of tread off them. The gears work well. Other than that it seems like a pretty solid bike and she loves the color.

Decent Quality, but i could not get the handle bars to align and turn along with the front wheel.

Just assembled it and the front brake was routed on the wrong side. It rubs the front tire. The entire brake assembly must be taken apart from the handlebars to route correctly. Haven't done it yet trying to figure how not to trash the paint on the handlebars.

This bike is absolute garbage. I am writing this review 10 months after we got it. It absolutely fell apart. Mongoose was not helpful. There is no product warranty that is of any use. Brakes didnt work. Derailer came off. Took it in for repair at a bike shop and was told they wouldn't touch it bc bike is in such bad shape. Parts of the frame bent. I expected more. We are donating it and avoiding bikes from Mongoose like the plague from here on out.

This bike does not have trigger shifter. (has twist handle shifters) It does not have rear disk brakes. Spent all this time assembiling only to find out this is a much cheaper bike than descriped. Dont waste your money.
