We picked these up on clearance in our store and now we want more! I didn't think I would like them much, but got them for the kids' room because I knew they would love them. They are so much cooler than I thought they would be, and now I kinda want some for my room too, lol. The colors are bright and pretty and there are several different settings to make the lights do different things. These would be perfect for night lights for little kids too.
These are so fun! I bought two packs for my daughter!
The lights were great, the remote works pretty well, but the packaging was completely destroyed. The box they came in was crushed and the entire inner box that held the lights was also crushed. These were going to be wrapped and given as a Christmas gift, but are definitely not in any condition to be given as a gift.
The colors are cool and the remote works great. But they do not stick well to the wall and then the lights are magnetic to the plates you stick on the wall. But the magnet is not strong and the lights are constantly falling off the wall. I have tried attaching my own magnets to it and it helped a little bit.
The design is cute and there are a lot of colors to chose from, however, the batteries run out fast (72 hours or less if left on). The touch spot is tricky and practice doesn't really make perfect. The remote is handy, when it doesn't link all the lights together. I have the lights spread out around the room (for nursery) and sometimes all the lights get linked and turn off or on together despite the remote not being aimed at it. Not extremely wowed. The application to surfaces was the best part with the magnetic plate with a 3M sticky wall mount.
so the idea is cool and they worked properly for about a week. now none of the tap features work and one of them just tweaks out and changes whemever it wants to whatever color it wants. not worth it.
They barely hold a battery's charge all night and many of them where broken when I got them. Magnets coming off, won't stay to the metal plates on the wall.
It took less than a week for 2 of the lights to go rogue and start automatically switching to the fade setting. They must be reselling used lights and not telling anyone or they are the most fragile lights ive ever even heard of. I used them AT MOST for 3-4 hours a day for around 4 days before they started malfunctioning. Its a waste of money and batteries.
The magnets were not strong enough to hold the lights on the metal plates. All 27 fell from the wall off the plates. Lights themselves functioned fine. Remote only controlled 3 at a time so no way to sync all of the lights to the same color. Batteries died after one day of use when remote turned the light off. They lasted a week if you turn the switch off on the back.
Ordered one set and one messed up first day. Walmart refunded no problem. Son wanted to try another set. Bad mistake. Same thing first day. I will just eat the cost as I don't think Walmart would believe me again! No more of these!
