Good choice

M December 6, 2025

The open ear is good choice for people who want to listen to music and still hear their surroundings. It's a bad choice if you looking for something loud.

Case is stupidly designed

just2letUknow July 14, 2025

Case is bulky and doesn't appear to have qi charging which is a concern for headphones the charging port is extremely awkwardly placed because of the spinning opening mechanism. They're difficult to actually see which ear they go on and the case even though it has the L and R they require a magnifying glass to see. They are comfortable and cool but not the easiest to get placed correctly and the manual was not entirely helpful.

I was impressed at the finish, instead of all black they came in a nice gunmetal finish. They arrived on time. They sound great for my needs. The Bluetooth connection has some glitchyness that if persists I may have to return them but otherwise I'm satisfied for the price.

Not comfortable

Anonymous January 21, 2026

I find that they are too tight on the ear which is good because they don't fall off but it applies a lot of pressure to the area. Also find that the battery life is not good. I would return but lost the package.

The pods do not stay firmly in place if I am on the move and trying to charge them in the case. Unreliable unless you have time to put them firmly in the case for charging and then place the case somewhere it won't be moved. Big disappointment. Have not been able to use both at once because one is always uncharged.

Broke after 1 month of use. Spinning case design is awkward, doesn't charge properly, falsely advertised as bone conduction earbuds, confusing manual, uncomfortable fit on ears. Any set of normal earbuds is cheaper and higher quality than these. Do not buy.

Disappointed Big Time

Sue May 18, 2026

These suck! Worked a few times but whenever I turned my head it adjusted the volume or skipped tracks. The sound quality is awful. I have nothing good to say, I wouldn't keep them if they gave them to me! Will return for sure.

Pods: Like having a speakers near your ear that sound like an old analog telephone handset and you cannot make it sound better. The clip is about the only thing that is reasonably designed for the money. I've had better sound off the free pods you get on Delta airlines flights. Case: The case is ridiculously huge. The way it turns freely is worrisome if you keep them in a purse or a cargo pocket, will the pods stay in/will the connections stay clean? Only one side of the outer ring has a perforation for the charger cord so you have to fiddle with it. There's no locking this thing in place. Charging: they arrived charged to 10% and were fully charged after about an hour on a high speed Samsung 9v charger. Didn't wear them long enough to test battery endurance. Sound: as said earlier, the sound is lacking. There's hardly any bass, mostly mid- and high range sound comes into the periphery of the ear canal. The sound is not bone induced, but projected into the ear. With the gap between the pod and the ear opening, all ambient sounds are heard, reducing the quality of sound by a large margin. Overall: Not worth $26 on sale. The quality of the product is cheap. Materials feel cheap. You get it when you first open the box and you find them cradled in a cheap molded plastic container that's barely form fit to the cardboard box. The instruction pamphlet tells more to the story. Poorly translated English, printed on low quality paper. The whole thing screams counterfeit product. Is this how low Monster has dropped? About the only good thing about these was the touch controls worked as advertised, if you can figure them out from the vague instructions. I returned them before I took photos, unfortunately. They do match the photos on the ad. Returned for full refund.

Disappointed

anonymous July 15, 2025

I replaced some in-the-ear buds which had a much better sound than these Monster clup-ons.. These cling onto the ear and are less comfortable than the in-ear earbuds. They do not block out very much outside noise. It is hard to hear music or talk when walking near a road with lots of traffic. The charging case is pretty awkward and it's difficult to figure out how the earbuds go back into the case on the first try. It's also not very clear and obvious which earbud goes into which ear so I'm always second-guessing if I have them on correctly. I would not recommend these unless you want headphones that allow a lot of outside noise.
