Smaller than appears in picture does not stay together well.
It's just okay. Much more narrow than I expected. And not as big as the picture would lead you to believe. Person in picture must be a child or very small adult. It was ok. But if I had known these things I would not have bought it.
No directions on how to place the 3 pieces.
The item is not as pictured. The wedges are very small. It is not made for a full-grown adult like the picture shows. In the picture, it shows the lady sitting, and the item reaches past her head when, in reality, the actual wedge will only go past the mid back.
