This shoulder pack wrap has a built-in cover and the gel remains spread out over the entire wrap because of the way it is stitched. I'm a short female and this fits great. If you are a big shouldered man, you may want to look for a larger one. I like this one so much that I'm getting a second one for my other shoulder!
It's nice for your shoulder, cause it wraps around everything and you're able to strap it in place I use it as a ho it's nice for your shoulder, cause it wraps around everything and you're able to strap it in place I use it as a ice pack I like it so much about one for my son ice pack for the shoulde ice pack I like it so much about one for my son.
I am a senior, with an impinged nerve in my shoulder. My doctor recommended icing it regularly to reduce the inflammation, and the little ice pack I had wasn't quite big enough. This covers the entire affected area, and holds the chill long enough to be effective. It took a couple tries to get used to the process of putting it on - thank goodness the picture on the box makes it clear. Highly satisfied!
Worked really good for me. I am 5'7 and weigh 180 lbs. Covered my whole shoulder, stayed really cold for 20 minutes and was comfortable to wear. Fit similar as on their picture. If you are bigger, it will not cover as much as in the picture. I was able to wash dishes and walk around normally while wearing it. Only downsize is it is difficult to put on. You have to slip it on over your head and then have someone else do your arm tightening. If you re limber you might be able to tighten the arm and slip the whole thing on but so far, I cannot.
I have this to a friend as a gift because he's having shoulder problems. He says it's working great for him. I thought it looked a little small but he's happy with it. I may order one for myself. The quality of the wrap seemed very sturdy and there were ways to adjust it that helped it fit. I especially liked that it hugged the neck because I have neck problems that affect my shoulder.
it seems to fit well on my right shoulder but I need it on my left shoulder. It doesn't want to fit as well on the left. It is pretty cumbersome trying to get it arranged properly after rotator cuff surgery. I will use it but I have a rectangular ice pack that has a soft cover with elastic to hold it on. it is easier for me to maneuver by myself.
worked great after my rotator cuff surgery however, I wish it didn't freeze so hard. I had to let it sit out for a few minutes before being able to use it.
The strap on the arm won't stick because the velcro strap was sewn on backwards. Otherwise, I would give this product a 5 star rating. It doesn't fit on the shoulder just right because the arm strap really needs to be fastened with the velcro tab. Very disappointed because this would have worked perfect.
I just got home and my chicken and beef were not here. The cashier did not give me the bag that she put them in. I am trying to get through to Walmart but have been put on hold now for over 10 minutes. I am feeling like I don't want to shop at Walmart anymore and will probably not renew my membership. Very poor customer service at this store.
It simply doesn't cover the entire shoulder and what's worse is that after two hours in the freezer the gel is not ice cold NOR uniformly cold, particularly compared with an ice pack, nor does it cover the shoulder completely. The delivery was two days late and was packaged in an envelope which crushed the box though the product appears to be unharmed. Send it in a box instead!
