Writing Great Shoulder Ice Pack This shoulder ice pack works very, very well! I love that you can heat it in the microwave for warmth or put it in the freezer for soothing cold therapy. It wraps around the shoulder and arm perfectly and stays in place nicely. Very convenient and easy to use. I really like this product!

This shoulder ice pack is the best; I find myself walking around with it on, it soothes the pain I fall asleep a little longer. I place it in the freezer, then whenever I need it, I don't hesitate. I find myself using it on my knee as well when it swells up too! It stays in place on the shoulder with the adjustable straps. Grandparents it's good to have even when those athletic grandchildren pop up and hurt themselves playing. You know what I'm talking about, keep the frozen vegetables in the freezer no more using the ice.

I just had rotator cuff surgery and this is the best ice pack I have found so far. It sits just right and doesn't cut into me or rub me in the wrong way. I'm definitely buying another one.

When it's cold it's stiff to put on without help but it was perfect for my bursitis at its worst that was radiating pain from the top of my shoulder to my neck, arm to to elbow and back

I am a senior, with an impinged nerve in my shoulder. My doctor recommended icing it regularly to reduce the inflammation, and the little ice pack I had wasn't quite big enough. This covers the entire affected area, and holds the chill long enough to be effective. It took a couple tries to get used to the process of putting it on - thank goodness the picture on the box makes it clear. Highly satisfied!

It's a bit bulky for a small person. I can think of a far better design. the seam landed right on the place i needed the most cold. The seam is where the lest gel would be

The product is ok, It cools the shoulder for about 10-15 minutes and then becomes relatively ineffective. The arm strap is inconvenient and can use a better design. The reason that i haven't returned it is its light weight. i wouldn't buy again or strongly recommend but it is a comfortable product as compared to others i have tried.

The strap on the arm won't stick because the velcro strap was sewn on backwards. Otherwise, I would give this product a 5 star rating. It doesn't fit on the shoulder just right because the arm strap really needs to be fastened with the velcro tab. Very disappointed because this would have worked perfect.

This might be easy to put on when not frozen but it's difficult when frozen without the help of someone else.
