Delivery was faster than I expected. Also it was the best price when I ordered.

Had no idea the bottles would be so small…8.5 oz bottles are much smaller than normal—sized shampoo bottles.

This product is a complete rip-off! I paid full price, $49.98 I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, especially not through Walmart. The delivery was my first clue. It arrived in a tiny gray bag, unboxed, and looked like something you'd order from Temu. When I opened the bottles, they didn't smell like their usual scent. I tried a little shampoo in my hands and ran it through water, but I barely got any suds. It smelled like a commercial soap, maybe even a cleaning chemical soap. The conditioner was soft, but it felt more like a lotion than a conditioner. It had a generic lotion smell, if that makes sense. They should immediately stop using this particular seller. I'm extremely disappointed that Walmart endorses this vendor. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has had this experience.

It was a knock off of the actual stuff, same bottle, different product. I was almost out of what I got at my salon, and I notice differences in texture, thickness, smell and color. The way this made my hair feel was greasy with a film residue. The original stuff does NOT do that. Will never buy from this seller again.

Only received the shampoo and not the conditioner.

Dislike. Dried my hair out and made it staticy. Don't get the hype.
