For a simple case with few requirements, it works
Wasn't asking for a lot, just something to cover the outside of it. Haven't had it for long, so can't say whether it scratches the case or makes the hinge loose like some do - will update review if it does. But for what I needed it for, something simply to protect the back of screen and bottom of case - it fit well / was easy to snap on. It left the correct ports available and doesn't stick out in any weird ways. In short, its doing the job I required of it so far.

Not recommend for appearance
Was a very matte finish and after opening it to place on MacBook it didn't matter that I washed my hands before installing anywhere my hands touched it left smudge marks that looked like it had removed the finish on the cover so it constantly seemed dirty but it did great at protecting my computer like a hard case should! So if you're ok with the smudge marks then this is great product but if you want it to stay looking clean then don't recommend

Laptop
The laptop was not able to perform the work, I needed to do. No cd, couldn't use Bluetooth. Not the right fit.
