Easy Venison Jerky Prep
Great curing and seasoning packets for 5lbs of meat. The box includes 1 brining packet and 1 seasoning packet. I used it to make venison jerky. It was delicious. Using the packets made it super easy to prepare. The box also included instructions with steps how to do it. Like the different choices of flavors. Will try them all!

Our Favorite Jerky Seasoning
This is by far our favorite Mossy Oak Jerky Seasoning. It has the perfect balance of seasoning and smoky flavor. We tend to be generous in our usage so one box does about 4%23 of muscle meat.

Pack says it will treat up to 5lbs, NOT !! I used 3 packs for 4lbs of dees, (but only 1 of the cure, which is salt) flavor is OK but NOT something I'd want to eat all the time, it has a VERY salty taste to it even though I cut the cure bcak by 2/3rds.
