Favorite seasoning for homemade jerky
This is my favorite flavor. It reminds me a teriyaki seasoning, sweet %26 salty! Nesco is our favorite brand for jerky seasoning. It's easy to use and tastes great! You really can't go wrong no matter what flavor you choose!

Great flavor, needs better instructions
This is the best jerky seasoning brand I've used. i wish it was a little sweeter, but that's my preference. i also wish it had whole muscle instructions, instead of ground meat instructions.

Nice subtle flavor
Was easy to use and didn't have an overbearing taste. I like the fact that they are broke down into 3 separate packages making it able to do smaller batches of 2 lb. each unlike other jerky seasoning which require you to do 5 lbs. at a time. I'll be ordering more of Nesco and using different flavors so far, I've used hot which I did with chicken and turned out with a kick of eat. I love the mesquite, and the sweet hardwood was nice as well. I have yet to use the original flavor package yet. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for an easy seasoning alternative.

This has a slightly sweet taste but no smokey taste. It tastes more like the original recipe with a little sweetness added. It's different in a taste all its own.

Good product , shipped in a mail bag so box of spices was SMASHED TOTALLY, at least the spice pouches weren't popped open.
