Moto g7 Play

Very nice phone. The screen is very sharp and bright. The Android OS is very responsive. Voice quality is crisp and clear. Finger print reader works great. The battery lasts for 2 days. Lots of features. I bought this phone for $79. Don't fall for all the silly hype of expensive phones and over the top reviews. No need for an expensive case to protect this phone, if it breaks go get another one. Very happy with my purchase, thanks Motorola for a great product at a great price.

I like the phone so far, better than paying monthly installment payment for a contract phone, $79 ain't too bad, the screen size is pretty cool to me, I got to get a case for it. Good features, I like the fact that it has the face recognition and the fingerprint reader

So far, so good! My kids really love these. They are fast and have a great amount of storage. Must faster and more fit for their hands than their tablets. But, as a mom, the best feature to me is the gorilla glass! So, their drops have been of no concern thus far. I also like the crisp quality of the screen and the camera takes really nice pictures. Also, there are a lot of cases out there for these phones.

I've been an ATT customer for many years. I really dislike financing phones. I would rather own it outright. Over the years I've bought prepaid phones and just swapped the sim cards. I wanted a larger fixed memory, and 32 gig sounded right. So I popped for one of these G7 plays and golly I'm glad I did. Over the next week I bought 2 more one for my wife and one for my son. Everyone seems happy with the choice. My only complaint is the back of the phone is really slick but I bought impact cases on Amazon for under $10, so that is a moot point. So far very happy with the purchase.

love the phone BUT I've only had it 5 mo this and now it won't charge. I've been very careful with this phone. it went straight to a. case from the box and to my knowledge ne er been dropped. very sad. it's got a lot of great features.

I had the same issue as other reviewers, as the phone was not marked as sold, and I was an entire weekend without service. The phone was easy to set up, and with the transfer app, everything from my old phone is now on this phone. I miss the double tap on the screen that woke up my old phone. With this one you can either set up a fingerprint on the back or use the button on the right side. My chief complaint is that the power/wake up button is directly below the volume button, which makes for many missteps in trying to adjust the volume. Also, it's not a one step process to adjust volume. Depending on what you want to adjust (ringer, alarm, media), you have to hit the volume button, then select settings to get all the choices. If you are used to a phone where everything is just ONE swipe or tap away, like I was, this phone takes some getting used to.

Looks for the phone is good. Just? The software should be updated to a better Android system.

I bought this phone as a gift for my wife. Because it was a Christmas gift It took me a few days to get it activated and it worked fine for a couple of weeks. After that it started shutting down on it's own. I tried taking it back to Walmart and they told me you only have 14 days to return a phone and were no help at all on what I should do next. To me this policy should be changed and more time for return given for these situations. Until that happens I would not buy a phone from Walmart. This is very frustrating,

I honestly don't like this phone. For someone like me that doesn't know a lot about this stuff, it's VERY hard to set it up. No directions come in the box with it, and I had to google a lot of info. Also, the info in the phone about doing different things, is not accurate. Once you reach the page, it's nothing like what the info described. Too difficult to operate.

Walmart.com does not scan the activation code before shipping and it can't be scanned later, so the phones cannot be used and whatever SIM is in it when powered up will be suspended. If you are using an MVNO, your SIM and your service will stop working. I have bought two AT
