Looks like a knock off , came in open box w tabs broken. No trouble w oil filter but this fuel filter appears to be a scratch and dent or resold return.

Not clean, and no clips.
The nipples were not capped off, so it was dirty inside. Not good when this is supposed to be filtering out dirt to provide clean gasoline to your engine. Wish they were to prevent this intrusion. There was also some brown liquid on the end cap. Not sure what it was, but gross. Because of this stuff and dirty internals, that should obviously be clean, I would not order from this company again. Also clips, like seemingly all others come with, would have been nice.
