I got the monitor and camera in today. My only two complaints are how zoomed in the cameras already are and the volume! Sure you can zoom in closer but one room I'd rather it be zoomed out where I have a toddler who plays in their bedroom at times and I want to be able to keep an eye on them! The camera for the baby is ok as it came but I can't let that go as it's affecting our ability to have a good placement… The quality of the video is great-I can literally tel if my kids eyes are open or closed where an off brand camera you could not tell if they were open or not! I'm glad I saved the hardware from our old off brand camera as this set doesn't come with anything to wall or celing mount them which is a let down…at least the toddlers room camera I can have put up out of reach! The ease of connection is great. I have not yet tested the range however it does go across the whole house with the screen in my room (master is on one side and kids rooms are on the opposite side furthest from front door…). The sound is not great I'm finding. With our AC on I can't hear the baby at all…we used this today during a nap and when he woke up I had the screen volume all the way up and still could not hear him making noise and he was crying pretty loud when I did hear him normally but the monitor was only relaying the ACs sound which may have me returning this set up,,.I want to give it a chance however as maybe it's where the camera was placed. The features are a bit weird to navigate…I do like the temp shows on the screen and seems accurate. I did check that with a house thermometer and it was the same temperature the camera was reading…so that's a plus.

Good monitor for the price however the picture quality is a little grainy and it lags a lot going between the two cameras.

We were looking for a monitor for my toddler's room. This does what it needs to do. Pros: picks up sound very well (when the volume is all the way up, it feels like she's in the room with us), nice size camera, camera monitor combo is a plus. Cons: video quality, unable to see the entire room.

The monitor is not a touch screen, misleading.

The distance does not hold, the connection at a shorter distance disappears when going to another room. It is difficult to get the antenna, possibly a defective mount. The response is not online but with a delay, everything, both video and sound in both directions. The sound, in addition to being late, is also of poor quality. We checked the connection with my husband, but the child simply will not understand you.
