SO EASY
I am 60, so I thought this might be tough. So easy it was a breeze. I had the TV up in 15 min. after finding the stud. If you read the directions or at least glance over them you will know that you hand the bracket arm up first then attack the square thing to the tv. Then you lift the TV and it hangs on the arm. Is reasonable in price looks great, I was not worried about being centered to anything just needed it up in front of my treadmill.

Great bargain and manageable installation.
Easy to install, several screw sizes were available to adapt to my device. Im comfortable that my TV is safe and secure. I also appreciate the maneuverability of the mount!

Works great!
Works great! Fits nicely in the corner with our 32 inch flat screen tv, and the extension is perfect for when we want a more central view for watching movies!

Even though I have not installed it as of yet it's even inside the box. So I don't know if it's in good condotion Al bough it's new

Probably the best mount for the price
This was the least expensive mount for this size TV. It installed easily - works fine and the tv tilts all directions.

This is a GREAT product for hanging small tv.
Arrived today and it is hung, easy fit to TV just 4 screws through pre-drilled holes and it is mounted to TV, Wall the same Easy Easy Easy....

Smaller TV Wall Mount
Mount works very well for smaller TVs once up. Anchors provided were too big for the bolts provided. Additional instruction could be helpful, I centered the mount on the wall space not taking into account the offset between where the mount is attached to the wall and what eventually is the middle of the TV when the arm is folded up.

Included bolts don't work with included mount.
Most of the included bolts won't fit the holes of the mount. It comes with several bolt sizes so you can find one to match your TV but the ones that did match my TV do not fit through the holes of the mount. Most of the bolts either wont go through the bolt holes or just too easily fall through. Terrible design! Also the center of the TV and the center of the mount don't match up when fully closed.
