Good meal when on the trail or just in a hurry.
Mountain House Breakfast Skillet makes an easily prepared meal when you're in a hurry or on the trail. It's filling and tasty with nice sized chunks of potatoes, though it could use more sausage ! Its only downside is the price. Purchase while on sale, and you won't be disappointed.

Excellent taste and versatility
This doesn't need to be dressed up to improve the taste. It's that good! But, if I want variety, I top it with avocado, sour cream, salsa or sweet chili sauce. It also makes a tasty breakfast burrito!

Best MRE I've had
First tried Mountain House in an MRE when doing NTC/Army training when we received an accidental shipment of winter MREs. Well I will tell you, it was the first time I enjoyed eating an MRE and did not become overly constipated. Add some hot water is all. Well now I order these for my family camping trips and for my family bug out bag.
