Mountain House IMO, makes the best freeze dried scrambled eggs, taste and texture. Because of the price of eggs at the time the can was made is most likely the reason why they are expensive. I chose the single serving, and it's filling, and the uncured bacon is a treat. I added a few pieces of freeze dried garlic and some fresh, chopped roasted Poblano peppers and Walmart's brand grated "Fiesta" cheese, then rolled it up in a flour tortilla. Yum!

Get it, stock it, prepare.
I've had the ouches and loved it. So, I got the can to have on hand in addition to the pouches. Emergency preparations are key to longevity and sustainability.
